i got the pics from google so i dunno what prediciment he was in but in the pic hes basically perfroming the jutsuto use Byakugan

used pen and pencil, rubber and cotton used to smudge and shade areas, plus gel pens

this one is way better than the previous neji pic i did lol

what do youu think of it?


edit! since having photoshop ive gotten to improve the pc ever so slightly so yh it looks better, though the file is smaller ><
